Join our community for this one-of-a-kind dinner hosted right in Mars! It brings the community of Mars together with local merchants, chefs and farmers to show what Mars, Pa has to offer. The dinner cost is $125 per person and will benefit scholarships directed to Mars High School Students and Mars' process of Revitalizing the downtown area.
We are excited to have you join us on Thursday, August 17th, for an evening of local craftsmanship and delectable food.

Upon purchase, a receipt will be emailed to you. Please save the receipt, as it will be required for entry.
Please arrive at the venue by 5:00 PM. This will give you ample time to explore the offerings of the local artisans and sample their delightful products before the meal begins. The official dinner will commence at approximately 6:00 PM, so we encourage you to arrive promptly to ensure you attend all festivities.
To ensure smooth parking arrangements, designated areas will be marked with signs, and parking directors will be present to guide you. Please follow their instructions and only park in the designated areas to avoid inconvenience.
To enhance your experience, we have arranged for a musician and photographer to be present at the event. The musician will provide a delightful ambiance, while the photographer will capture memorable moments throughout the evening. Feel free to enjoy their performances and relish having some beautiful photographs taken.
Restrooms will be available at the venue for your convenience. Should you require any assistance during the event, our staff will be on hand to help you with any queries or concerns.
Nate Bio Nathan: Nate Bio Nathan has a rich background rooted in farming. Growing up on a small farm outside of Kittanning, he cultivated corn, soy, sunflowers, and various vegetables. After graduating from culinary school in 2014, Nathan embarked on a culinary journey along the east coast, gaining experience in multiple restaurants. His culinary adventures ranged from Michelin-caliber fine dining and gastronomy to creating delicious Smash Burgers on a food truck. Nathan imparts his culinary expertise as a full-time Culinary Instructor at Steel Center Tech in Jefferson Hills. He has a particular fondness for broccolini, making it his favorite vegetable.
Max Puluka: Max Puluka is a talented sous chef at Rivers Casino. His culinary journey began at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort after graduating from IUP with his friends Nate Horrell, Mike Elia, and Josh Zimmerman. Though he initially aspired to focus solely on fine dining, his time at Nemacolin exposed him to the world of banquets, and discovered a love for it. Max worked under various chefs with distinct styles throughout his career, allowing him to find his culinary identity. His culinary style is firmly grounded in farm-to-table practices and a passion for highlighting local cuisine. Max enjoys creating new dishes, experimenting with ingredients, and building exciting flavor profiles. Collaboration is an essential aspect of his creative process, and he's eagerly anticipating a reunion with his college friends, who are also chefs. After a decade into their respective careers, the opportunity to come together, share menus, and explore new techniques has been an inspiring experience for Max. He can't wait to showcase their collaborative efforts and present an unforgettable dining experience to all the guests.
